Returns
All orders returned within 20 days of original mailing date, and still in new condition, will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Orders kept longer than 20 days are nonrefundable. If an item contains a factory defect, or has been damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no charge within 30 days upon return of damaged item. All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt with your return. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Backordered Items
If an order requires us to backorder item(s) from a supplier, we will notify you of expected delivery date or any delays.

Domestic Shipping Info
Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. The shipping time frame listed is valid from the time we receive your payment. Items will be shipped via Domestic Standard Shipping. Please allow three to six weeks for delivery. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO /FPO addresses.

International Shipping Info
For all international shipping orders, postage necessary to mail your order will be calculated and you will be contacted with the additional amount to be added to your total. You will then have the opportunity to choose whether you wish to finalize your order or cancel it.
